Pride by Design aims to be in a constant place of learning, unlearning, growing, evolving, working within and outside of existing systems, and creating a more just world - we invite you to join. Many times this begins with a better understanding of ourselves - as individuals, teams, companies, and a society - and where we’ve been, where we are, and where we hope to go.

This page will continue to change, but aims to start with a baseline of resources and understanding curated and shared largely from a place of personal experience. These are certainly not the only resources and will be added to, removed, and revised as we continue toward sharing resources and challenging others to walk the talk in supporting LGBTQIA+ architecture and design professionals. We also recognize that Pride by Design has been created by architects and that, while always maintaining a growth mindset, we are not experts in the space of policy, human resources and benefits, and business best practices. These resources aim to be an avenue for further discovery, discussion, and transformation in workplace, in policy, and in places and spaces.
